I think you should go back to the old app...I schedule a ride and because the driver only sees 1 ride at a time they drive right past you..that didn't happen on the old app

I liked the app until it started saying there are no drivers available. I am unsure if that there is only one driver going around or if what the app is say is true.but regardless if I book 2 hours in advance so I'm not late to work I end up being late anyway.

This app completely doesn't take into account that some people have jobs that they need to get to or appointments. I've been late to work plenty times with this service, even calling for it two hours early! it's completely unacceptable
